I wait all year for them...
They showed up late.
They usually make their appearance around Easter and I'd all but given up on them until I walked into my local Trader Joes on Mother's Day and lo and behold, there they were!
Oh happy day!
Get them while you can!

Oh, I love peonies! We grow them here. I just added 2 new bushes this year. They look so rich and regal in those beautiful silver pieces! Don't they smell heavenly?

Yes they're everywhere! I also love Iris and this year I found some highly scented ones (as strong as a peony!). Look for those on your next Trader Joes run!
