No Sew Simple!

I came across this old leather purse tossed in a bin while out thrifting one day...

As I was inspecting it I couldn't help but think that it could easily have a new life as a pillow.

Back at home, I cut off the long strap and searched my inventory for a small rectangular pillow insert and the next thing I knew I had a very cool new leather accent pillow!

I love that it has several zippered compartments and pockets where you could keep a secret stash or the remote control.

It pays to use your imagination.

What have you re-imagined lately?

Hi Terri

What a novel idea. Now if I ever visit your home, I will be unable to refrain from opening the zippers.

Hope all is good with you and family

You have such a great eye, Terri! Love that you created a pillow from that cool bag!

Hope you are well...I'm trying to get back into the swing of things after being away due to Sandy!

What a great repurposing idea! and it looks so much better as a pillow than a purse. Who knew?
