The First Sunday of the Month...

Just happened to fall on April Fools Day so I almost expected The Alameda Point to be postponed a week in honor of what's not a national holiday but  widely recognized and celebrated as a day when people play practical jokes and hoaxes on each other.

But business is business and the show must go on plus I was looking for a way to take my mind off missing my boy and The Point is a great place to distract oneself.

We are dog sitting again and managed to sneak in our "little Lou" by disguising him in a Burka.

We also brought our friend, Dino, who had never been to The Alameda Point!

Dino is a garbage man and marveled at all the stuff he saw that he has thrown away over the years!

I am going to start selling here next month and Dino has agreed to help me so I was giving him a lay of the land and showing him what to expect besides great people watching and delicious food!

Hard to believe it rained cats & dogs on Saturday but come Sunday it was magnificent!

So fitting for April Fools Day!

The dog is too precious! I was sick in bed yesterday, so thanks for sharing all these great shots of Alameda Point! At least I can feel I was there a bit! I had Dino as my garbageman when I lived on Clinton. He is a funny man! Did you buy the birdbath? It is awesome.
