Have you seen this house?

I just came across it and am in love!

It's all of 1700 sq. ft.

I love the size, scale, and floor plan so much!

And of course all the wonderfully charming features and attention to detail through-out!

This little gem really makes the most of what it's got!

The kitchen laid out in this way feels so expansive.

The guest room is the epitome of cozy,

along with it's charming bath.

The master bedroom feels so gracious especially with that fabulous ceiling and french doors leading outside.

I love the classic, elegant master bath.

 Simple yet so tasteful.

The floor adds just the right punch to this elegantly understated bath.

This was formerly the garage that has been converted to additional living space.

The cozy back yard,

complete with a classic pool,

and

incredible views!

So here's the skinny...

It's located in the Hollywood Hills and is owned by a film location scout who is renting it fully furnished to Jennifer Aniston  & Justin Theroux for $17, 500 a month!

It looks to be available again soon as Jennifer recently purchased this home in Bel Air for a cool 21 Million!

I don't get it?!

LAST DAY TO ENTER THE IKAT GIVEAWAY!

It's wonderful. Love the cozy and relaxed feel and it certainly lives large for 1700 square feet...I'd never move!!

It's perfect! $17,500/month - no problem. ; )

I never said how wonderful it was to meet you in person so many months ago. I was thinking of you as I realized Alameda antiques faire is next weekend. I might try to go at least for a little bit. I also need to post the goodies I bought at your store - I will do that soon! Hope all is well with you. ; )

Best,
Rachel

Dearest Terri

This is just fabulous. I love smaller and efficient homes, as opposed to larger ones. I love the master bath and the marble.

Wishing you a weekend of fun
