those look like pf flyers they are wearing. i think pf flyers came out in the mid thirties, so i am going with the late thirties or early forties for this group photo of atheletic studs, hehe.....

I'm going with what the coach is wearing and his outfit looks to be around the forties. Great picture whenever the decade.
Such a fun image. It would be fun to research the team and find out their names to add to the frame. My guess is that it is from the mid to late 30's.

I am not an expert, but I would start with the 1950s to see if there were comparable uniforms and haircuts in high school yearbooks (now on-line). Those satin shorts and Brylcreme do's were popular when I was a Pre-schooler.

Watch out Esther Williams! It looks more like these guys are a team of synchronized swimmers given the pose and the shorts. I'd say 1930's

It would be interesting to know what city that high school was in.
