Graduation Season

Graduation season is in full swing.

We celebrated my cousin's daughter's 8th Grade Graduation on Sunday.

Even though the weather was iffy, she managed to pull off an incredible celebration at her lovely home.

It didn't hurt that she happens to have one of the most gorgeous yards I've ever seen!

It completely takes my breath away...

This could be a painting!

They completed it a few years ago, just in time to throw her parents an amazing 50th Anniversary Party.

It's even more beautiful than ever... perhaps it was the overcast sky that set it off.

A garden is at its best in the Spring and this year we have had no shortage of rain.

Can you see the kid swinging out over the pool!

I'm sorry I didn't get a wide shot of the incredible oak trees that surround this property.

There is even a creek that lies at the back.

The outdoor fireplace is always a favorite spot.

Tables were set up under a tent on the patio off the back of the house.

My husband and sister-in-law chatting near the outdoor kitchen.

My husband is obsessed with their outdoor pizza oven!

It was a fabulous day full of good food, friends, family and lots of fun!

Congrats Allie!

Good Luck in High School!

What a dream home and yard. Really, I could only dream of owning such a place. It is one of the most beautiful backyards I've seen. I bet the birdsong is amazing and the weather always lovely if its in the Bay Area(looks like it is).
