first thing in the morning, and heading down to Southern California.
First stop, UCLA to pick up our son!
We are so excited to see his face!
We haven't seen him since Christmas!
After inspecting his recent stitches from splitting his chin open playing broom ball on the ice a few weeks ago we will all jump in the car and continue on to the Newport Coast.
We plan to just hang out and chill for the weekend at The Marriott Newport Coast Villas.
On Sunday we will bring him back to campus and then we are footloose and fancy free again.
We will be here all week.
I'm hoping to hook up with some of my favorite SoCal Bloggers like, Blooming Rose Musings, French Blue, Hollywood Forever, Kevin, Velvet & Linen, French Kissed, and Burlap Luxe!
You might also catch us lurking around campus trying to catch a glimpse of our boy!
I'll be back soon...
Have a great weekend!
Love,
Terri

Lucky you!!! Have a great time:)
Wow I am soooo jealous! I can almost feel the heat of the sun..lucky lucky you! I spent early childhood years in California and attended UCLA for 2 years! Great school.....lucky son:) What a wonderful weekend you have in store.....Newport Coast is such fun we stayed at the Newport Coast Mariott Villas and it was amazing...we were actually really happy with it, and a little surprised becuase we had been to Dana Point and had been to the Ritz twice and friends suggested the Mariott, we were really happy and it was so spacious and the pool was amazing and they had basketball for the boys, etc....great location too! I am rambling...just love it there! Enjoy and hope you get to relax in the sun.....Please visit me, doing an unreal giveaway, a pair of Murano handblown glass lamps from Swank lighting!

The first picture in this post is heading southward into Laguna Beach. I use to live just on the other side of that hill to the left, just outside the gate to Emerald Cove. Memories! -Buzz
