My Thanksgiving Table

Taking photos of my Dining Room and Thanksgiving Table was more challenging than I thought.  I had to really edit things in order to show off everything to it's best advantage.

I fully appreciate what stylists and photographers go through to get one great shot!  It's not easy... and speaking of photo shoots you can imagine my surprise when I came to the Home & Garden section of The San Francisco Chronicle this weekend and saw my ikat napkins featured on their holiday table!!

Have you set your table yet?
I'd love to see it!

It looks just marvelous and how fun to see your napkins! I am not setting a table this year as we are going out of town and eating out. I'm actually kind of excited, no leftovers but that's okay. I'm intrigued by the sculputure(?) in the corner of your room by the window - looks like sticks of some sort, very cool.

What a GORGEOUS table. You do have some serious talent! You did an amazing job with the photos, too. I know how hard that is.

I can't believe Sea of Shoes house was on Rue this am. That's what I get for not reading everything asap ;-/ I've been waiting for "My Time" later tonight to devour the whole issue. Oh well.

A beautiful setting to behold, and the judges give you straight 10's No details left un-done!
I think your diining table, and room should have been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle in place of, the featured table setting that the Home and Garden featured.

Well "T" you have a setting to love, and beautiful natural design talent to go along with it.

Happy Thanks giving to you and your loved one's

xoxo

Such beauty! I love your green touch! My tablecloths this year are going to be old linen sheets I brought home from France. I took them to the cleaners to be cleaned and ironed, picked them up yesterday, got home and one of the sheets is not here! I am frantic he gave it to someone else and I will never see it again... It is so beautiful and it was so heavy to carry! Oh well... Have a Beautiful beautiful day. I am Thankful for you!

Hi Terri,
Your table is so YOU! Love those Ikat napkins. I saw them too in the Chronicle! I'm setting my table today. Help me decide which plate to use. I posted last night about my dilemma! Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm assuming you get to see your son. Wish mine could fly home for the weekend.....

Oh I love your table settings & your round table with that handsome skirt!
I took photos too for the first time. The table was ok but the turkey....I had to delete. It tasted good but looked horrible.
Anyway, stop by to see if you get a chance.
Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful!
