It looks fabulous. I really like those newprint wreaths with the glitter - gorgeous. Well, everything is beautiful. This year I'm so darn busy I kind of wish someone would come in and just decorate my house for me, I usually enjoy it but this year, well........swamped.
LOVE the white pinecones... spray painting a few backyard treasures could be so fun! Also- those paper flower wreathes and trees are truly inspiring! Thanks for getting me into the Holiday spirit so soon!!!
Hi "T" Oh wow!! great inspiration over here with you as the featured site for this great shop!
Rita's comment so so funny! About the loot!! I have to tell you Hannah loves making those paper flower herself and we are going to use some on our tree. I am really going to do a carfully thought out creative recycled Christmas.
Though nothing new for me for years now! but I am going to tweak it a bit this year with a small hand made recycled Christmas. A small quaint holiday this year, getting to know and love all things that have history and meaning to us.
I am excited to see what creative theme you come up with :)
Keeping you posted on inspiring idea's xoxo Dear friend Dore'
OH Terri, this looks amazing!!! I must go there!! I have never been to Loot, I can tell I have been missing something. It all looks so pretty. I always say either go minimal or over the top for Christmas, no in between!! This is over the top done to perfection,Kathysue
* I totally agree with KATHYSUE (above)~~~ This is all just "TOOOOO DIVIIIINE" and YES, INSPIRING to the max!!!
* Annnd, your timing couldn't be better... for ME, at least!!! Am sitting here in a house full of CHRISTMAS n' CHRISTMAS IDEAS... Boxes n' boxes n' just lotsa Christmas "stuff" literallly EVERYWHERE, feeling quite overwhelmed! We have about 80 people coming for an "early Christmas celebration dinner" on 3 December. Hubby's out of town most of the time leading up to it, so it's a little more difficult to do it all myself... (But, always worth it in the end!).
* I got some FAB, NEW and FRESH takes here, and plan to incorporate several, soooo, THANK YOU!!!!!

OMGoodness, I am in heaven with this post ! I just discovered your beautiful blog & now I can hardly wait to go back thru your posts for all the visual delights I've missed before today. Thank you !
I am a passionate treasure huntress addicted to "the thrill of the hunt." I pride myself on finding unique items and have spent a lifetime collecting unusual and interesting "treasures" which I have used in decorating our home. I shop with an eye for design and look for pieces that I like to call the "jewelry" of the room. Those pieces that have been around accumulating energy thereby bringing life into a space by telling its story or evoking a memory. The allure is found in the details of its journey... condition, provenance and patina. Our collected "treasures" tell the story of who we are. Billy Baldwin said it best, "Decorating is never successful unless it is personal." My treasures are available for purchase in my Etsy Shop and on my companion blog, Shop La Dolfina. The links can be accessed from my sidebar.
"All of life is about energy. It's about the energy that you're putting out; energy that you're drawing to yourself, every day, based on the way you think about your life & the actions that you take. Everybody is an energy field. And because of your attitude, your thinking, your actions; who you choose to be in the world, forms your own field. You are drawing into your field people who are like you... to remind you, to show you, to reflect back to you- who you are. Believe that or not, that is what is happening all the time... and it does not require your belief. It just is. It. Just. Is." -Oprah

You know how I enjoy shopping with you especially your root through "Loot" however I could not go there as it would cost me way too much loot.
