My one year bloggyversary!
It's hard to believe I've been blogging for a year already. It honestly feels more like a few months. I know I've said it before but blogging has been a huge blessing in my life. It has opened up a portal into this wonderful place we all call "blogland" and has allowed me to find and connect with others who share similar interests and passions.
My most precious treasures have always been the people and relationships I've made throughout my life and over the past year, because of blogging, I have hit the mother lode!
I am forever grateful that I sat down one year ago today and tentatively and nervously wrote my very first post, bravely putting myself out in the blogosphere not knowing what lay ahead... a leap of faith that has forever changed my life for the better!

I've been behind in all my reading. I found lots of posts in my Spam. Congratulations! You are one of my favorites and one of my firsts. At the end of Oct you highlighted a house that you admired. Yours is much better, and more interesting. You have caused me to re-evaluate all my design choices. I love that you are so close with your mom! She is the cutest thing. I am mangle savvy. I had one over twenty years ago that I was saving for my real house. My husband finally convinced me to get rid of it. Everyone in my family had one. My aunt used to iron Everything, shirts included. One of my friends , and her daughters have small modern ones, German, I think. Mangles speak to a level of housekeeping that is rare today. I still iron my tableclothes and napkins, but I would like to have a real ironing table, not a board. Ann
