Tag! You're It!

The lovely Debby from Inspired Design and Ashlina from Secrets of Domestic Bliss both tagged me in the 6th Photo Game.

(A pair of fitz & floyd salt and pepper shakers)

This image is from my second post showing several items from my "La Dolfina" collection as a follow up to my very first post titled, "The Inspiration Behind The Name."  Coming up with the name for my blog was a spiritual experience and it gave me the confidence to put myself out there.  Blogging has opened up my world and allowed me to live my passion.  The wonderful friends I have made so far may be virtual but they are real in a way I never expected.  It has been a wonderful experience and I'm so glad I took the plunge!  This game is a great way to look back at how far we've come since we posted our 6th photo!  My lovely friend Erica of Moth Design played the 6th Photo Game and then decided to take it one step further by making up one of her own.

She's calling it Moth's Lucky 7.

Here's how it works...
Post your 7th follower and then pass it on to 7 fellow bloggers.   Erica says, "The great thing is that it's nice to pay homage to our first supporters.

So... in the spirit of the game I'd like to thank my 7th follower,  Susan from Peanut Petunia!

I'll never forget how excited I was when her lovely face/avatar suddenly appeared on my list of followers.  I remember I was so excited that someone I didn't know actually wanted to follow me! What a vote of confidence!  And then I noticed she had left me a comment telling me that she loved my blog and had given me The Sugar Doll Award... well let's just say, it was a banner day in Blogland!

To the following bloggers I say, "Tag!  You're It!
(to both games)

Terri, I just posted the #6 game today and tomorrow I am playing 7 things you don't know about me. That was a hard one for me to play because you know how private I am but I did it. Kind of like the jumping in process isn't it? I am so glad you jumped into blogland or we might have never met and we know that was ordained by the powers the be!! xo Kathysue
PS sent you a couple of emails, not sure if I have the right address.

Thanks for the lovely words Therese. You summed it up exactly when you said that you were so surprised that someone who didn't already know you would follow. That incredulous feeling must be what we're all experiencing in the beginning. Now I'm off to check out all of the blogs you've tagged that I've never had the chance to visit. xoxo Erica

ooooh - what a FUN game!!! Thanks for the "tag" :) Can't wait to play!
And P.S. LOVE those shakers. They actually remind me of my beloved west elm koi fish lamp... http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/la/hot-or-not/hot-or-not-west-elm-koi-fish-lamp-034360
I love the idea of honoring followers! Where would we be without them?
