krazy for kaarskoker

If you haven't heard of kaarskokker candle sleeves and candle sticks you are in for a treat!

(Click on any image to enlarge for close-up detail)

This innovative company has come up with the brilliant idea of making the most beautiful decorative sleeves to replace the boring, albeit traditional beige ones that are on most sconces and chandeliers.

You just slip off the existing one and slip on

any one of these dazzlers!

They also offer a candlestick that adjusts to 2 different sizes and comes in a choice of brass or nickel.  It  accommodates both sleeve sizes giving you have an infinite variety of looks.

I've used kaarskokker candle sleeves on 2 small lamps in my home.

This small brass & crystal desk lamp really popped against my burlap covered walls with the new blue & gold candle sleeves and picked up the blues in the ship painting.

I have this petite brass "la dolfina"  accent lamp on the vanity in our Master Bath.
It made such a difference in the overall look when I replaced the original candle sleeve with this one from kaarskokker.

I was thrilled to discover that my friend, Barbara who owns the cutest shop in town, Daisy's, is now carrying the full line of kaarskokker candle sleeves and candlesticks!

Now I can just bring my fixture to her shop and try them all on for size :)
Oh Happy Day!

I love these. They're so much fun. I've tried for a while to picture them on my dining room chandelier but I think that's too much commitment for me! The subtle pattern on your own lamp looks great... maybe I need to think smaller... there's a candlestick lamp in my guest bath... hmmm
Happy Friday to you!

These are genius. The pattern on your little lamps with the black shades is one of my favorites. While I love all the colors, I could see myself using the patterns which are more subtle. Very cool! Marija

Easy fix and oh so pretty ,,, I always hand painted mine, could never stand the plain holders.. scraps of ribbons, fabrics, wallpaper, ribbons, and wrapping paper decoupaged works well for the artist type person.
Or simply buy the pretties that you show on your blog - they have so many wonderful choices.

This might be my favourite post ever! Wow! And you know what's even weirder? LITERALLY 2 minutes ago, a man dropped off a chandelier that he re-wired for me and left me w/ 2 candle sleeves, so I can pick some wax ones and buy from him. In my head I was thinking there's got to be more options in sleeves that just these. I seriously just set them down before I opened your blog. what TIMING~ CRAZY!!!

I saw these awhile ago and fell in love with them. They are truly striking. I was just looking at the website the other day to place an order for my daughter's chandelier in her bedroom. Great post to share with design lovers!

Thank-you! I have been trying to figure out what to do with some boring sconces- this is much less expensive than buying new sconces!
