I must admit, I have a "thing" for shells, so when I came across a blog by the name of 1022 Sea Shell Avenue... well, I just had to check it out.
Turns out the resident is a Mom of 5, married to a fisherman, attending college full time while making a career out of painting seashells.
1022 Sea Shell Avenue is located in New Jersey by the sea shore and Kim and her brood spend pretty much every day, rain or shine, combing the beach for shells.
Painting seashells is her passion.
She has been painting them for almost 10 years and selling them in seaside shops and boutiques.
which is where I found mine!
Apparently, she had just listed it for sale when I scooped it up!
I promised her some photos of where I might put it :)

I cannot believe I just found you again. I saw your home on Rate My Space forever ago and fell in love with your home. My sister and I drooled over all your decor and still talk about it. As I was checking out another blog I saw your laundry room and thought it looked familiar. I am just so thrilled to follow you.
